LASH EXTENSIONS
A highly customized beauty service that enhances the length, curl, and fullness of your lashes by individually adhering extensions to each of your natural lashes. The result is lashes that are stunning yet appear natural.
In order to give you the Best Extensions Experience, we respectfully ask all our guests to follow our safety protocols and policies.

ON THE DAY OF THE TREATMENT
Completely remove all eye makeup.
Remove your contact lenses for the duration of the treatment.
Do not use any oil-based makeup removers.
Do not apply lotion on your eye area.
Arrive 15 minutes early.
Put your phone on silent mode.
Plan for your appointment to last between 90 minutes - 2 hours.

AFTER-CARE
Do not get your lashes wet for the first 12 hours.
Do not use lash growth serum for the first 48 hours.
Avoid excessive exposure to heat and steam: no bath, sauna, pool, beach.
Avoid all OIL-BASED products on your lashes.
Do not use a mechanical or heated eyelash curler.
Avoid sleeping face down.
Maintain your extensions by getting a refill every 2 to 4 weeks.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule at no charge.
24 hours cancellation will be subject to 50% of the service fee.
Late cancellations (less then 24 hours) or no-shows will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service.
All cancellations must be done by text or phone call only.
Holidays and Sundays appointments Fee - $55 plus the service fee.
